1. Acceptance

By using zodified.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by general principles of European Union consumer law; no specific national jurisdiction is asserted.

2. What this service is

Zodified is a free website that publishes daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly horoscopes for the twelve zodiac signs in six languages, plus evergreen sign-hub articles and a moon calendar.

All content on the site is intended for entertainment and reflection. Horoscopes are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other kind of professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based on a horoscope.

3. AI-authored content

The forecasts and most evergreen text on this site are written by an AI analyst we call AIstra Lumina. The underlying astronomical data (planet positions, moon phase, aspects) comes from Swiss Ephemeris. The interpretive layer is generated by a large language model conditioned on classical and modern astrological sources.

We disclose this openly. You can read the methodology on the persona page. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies; if you spot one, please tell us via the contact form.

4. How you may use the site

• Read, share links to, and quote individual paragraphs of the content for non-commercial purposes, with attribution to zodified.com.
• Cast one helpful / not-helpful vote per page per session. Automated voting is not allowed.
• Use the contact form for legitimate inquiries: corrections, press, business, technical issues.

You may not: scrape the content at scale, republish full articles without permission, attempt to compromise the site or its users, or submit malicious or harassing content via the contact form.

5. Intellectual property

The original written content on zodified.com is © D. Niser and the Zodified project, except where attributed otherwise. Famous-person photographs are reproduced under Creative Commons and similar open licenses; full attribution is available on the photo-credits page. The Swiss Ephemeris data is used under its applicable license.

6. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability — the site runs on a single server and may be unavailable from time to time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including any decisions you make based on the content. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
